Born from my own grief, rising, and reclamation, this work is not about fixing — it’s about remembering.
Remembering the parts of us we silenced.
Remembering the wisdom of our bodies.
Remembering that we are worthy of softness.
Through trauma-informed breathwork, sound and intuitive ritual, we shed the weight of survival and come back to what is real:
